Returns for customer changes of mind are accepted under the following conditions: 1. The item must be new or slightly used. 2. For items with a manufacturer seal, the seal must remain unopened. 3. The item should not exhibit any damage resulting from customer handling or use. 4. The item must be in its original packaging, inclusive of all original accessories.

In such cases, you have a 30-day window to return these products for a refund or replacement, starting from the day after you receive your order. This also covers items that develop faults within the 30-day period from receiving the order. In such cases, if you have received a defective item, we will send you a replacement at no cost, and you will not be required to return the defective product to us.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. After approval, FlashDiscount USA will process the refund within 2 business days, and it will then take an additional 5-10 business days for our financial institution to process, using the original payment method.
